The promise

A date, in writing, with a remedy.

Remedy, verbatim from the statement of work: If GoldNet misses the agreed delivery date for reasons within its control, the package fee is not charged and a credit note or $0 invoice is issued. Nothing is prepaid. If a 24-hour Rescue misses its time, the rescue premium is waived.

Your data stays in your tenant; we work inside it. Road-safety reporting is delivered through the group's road safety practice, which owns the safety method; GoldNet Data supplies the platform engineering beneath it.
